Young, Beautiful and in Love

Katie and Chad are just that. They are getting married next year at Carinwood. They met in New Hope white working at a restaurant together. We trekked out on a beautiful day and hung out in New hope before Katie had to blast back to DC to resume her studies at George Washington University.

Chad, please forgive me for being a flight case!

Erin and Ed

Yeay! Happy happy, joy joy. Ed has been a friend of mine since 2000 when we lived together as roommates in this very cute apartment in Salisbury, MD. I am soooo happy he and Erin have found each other. They are so sweet together! We all had an awesome time in Ocean City and I even did a (wine infused) sing along with Shirley Tomes at the Dunes Manor Hotel.I'm glad I got to experience such an awesome weekend. And Erin, I'm glad your mom likes the pictures.

Spa Time!

Ok, so I know you are now dying to know where these swanky places are and when you can get serviced.......The first three images are taken at LUX Spa and Fitness. and the lat three are at Toppers Spa at their Bucks County location. They both come highly recommended. While I am making recommendations I would like to guide you towards an amazing florist/dancer who I just got a sneak peek into her crazy/beautiful life.... Leah at Baile Flor Flowers.

Enjoy.

Lauren and JP

Lauren and JP had an amazingly fun wedding. The dancing was insane and everyone "got on the floor". These two are blissfully in love (it's in the eyes) so it's a good thing they got married. Their ceremony had many different cultural elements and was quite touching. Thank you Lauren and JP for making me feel so welcome. Kiss kiss.

Alice and Will

Alice and Will had a super stylish love fest that started at Historic St. Georges and ended at World Cafe Live. Alice was channeling the fashion Gods with her beautiful dress and fiesty self. Will put on a bright orange tie on the ride over to the party. The best thing about these two (aside from their stunning good looks) is the way they just crack each other up. Congrats you two! Also want to give a shout-out to my buddies Amy and Colin who were also at the wedding. They were one of my first real weddings that I shot and I love them. They now have two children that I need to meet.

Lindsay and Jim

Lindsay and Jim did an engagement session around the Art Museum area and I swear if I were Lindsay I would have killed me. There is a bunch of construction going on over there and I had her walking through some difficult terrain in heels. She was a trooper though and we got some sweet photos. They gave me a lot of life advise and we talked about everything from Dubi to jogging. I am happy to be shooting their wedding next year. Yeay!

Real Estate Queens

Meet Jeanne Whipple and Dawn White. We shot these a while ago but I decided to post them since we just had movie-night together at Jeanne's place. The wine was flowing and the popcorn came in many flavors! If you ever need a realator you should try them. Fun and Top-of-the-line.

Carey and Bobby

Carey and Bobby had a traditional Greek Orthodox Ceremony at St. George's in Philadelphia. I loved being surrounded by all of the excitement, mostly being spoken in Greek by Bobby's Family. It was great because Carey and Bobby are are a cool, modern couple now with this anchor of tradition set in the Orthodox church. Speaking of anchors, they had there reception on the Moshulu parked in the Delaware river. Fun! Dollars were thrown, feet were stomped and hands were clapped.

Whaaa Happened?

What happened to my words? Kate and Terry's wedding description dissapeared. I am not suprised with how crazy everything is right now. Currently all of my stuff is in boxes at the new place. I have vowed to not hit another thrift store for at least six months. I have a real problem. It's a sin how much stuff I had to get rid of! I was nostalgic and cried a little bit during the packing/destruction of my first home in Philly. It's rented to some nice young designer lads, so lets hope that goes well. Sooo back to Kate and Terry who had an awesome wedding even though it POURED rain. That is going to be one lucky marrage! They had a huge wedding party and I was freaking out about where we could possible shoot everyone with no light and tons of moisture when Kate's Dad assured me he had a very cool place lined up, a very cool stone mill. Dads always come through don't they. It all worked out! Check out Kate's dress....Sooo pretty, it reminded me of a exotic sea creature. Lovely.

Nadda and John

Nadda and John Had a beautiful wedding with lots of color. It almost seemed like three acts of a play, the traditional ceremonies at the family's houses, the white dress on the golf course - bridal mag style and then the reception! She did wear three diffrent dresses. The reception was so much fun with tons of food and the amazing dance that they had coreografed together to a music mix of "I had the time of my life" and "Baby got back"!!!! I have never seen anything like it, pure awesomey awesomness.

Jennifer and Tim

Jennifer and Tim are so adorable together. The expressions on their faces the entire day was one of complete joy. Seriously, every photo they are laughing and just so freakin happy. We hit all the major spots and the reception was at the Warwick and looked beautiful. Tim got on the drums with the band and Jen was assisting on a mean tambourine. Partying ensued. Anytime you want to wake board in the DE call me up!

Samantha and Billy

I met Samantha and her daughter Jenna and immediately clicked with them. They are loads of fun to hang with. Even Samantha's Mother is a complete doll. The wedding started to teeter due to the Rabbi being late but it came together beautifully thanks to Jenna's planning. Billy was reluctant to have his photo taken but we managed to get him outside and we had a great time on Broad St. I love his face on the last photo!
