Summer Times

Went to Vermont a few weeks ago with some buddies. We rented a little house on the lake and did summertime things, including but not limited to.... swimming, rock skipping, hiking, grilling, cocktail drinking, card playing, picture taking, food eating, badmintoning, yoga practicing, clove smoking, lake floatie floating and waterfall flipping. I can tell I'll have to revisit these photos in a few months. Sigh.

Villanova Conference Center: Photography of Erin and Kelsey

Erin and Kelsey had a beautiful wedding at the Villanova Conference Center. It was a little hot but the weather was beautiful. I have been lucky enough to not be caught in the rain this year. These two are hugh Georgetown fans, so much so that Erin wore a Georgetown garter! There was even a song sun about the team!

Caroline and Dan Photography at The Willows in Villanova Wedding, PA

Caroline and Dan had an amazingly fun wedding at The Willows in Villanova.  I had never shot there before and now it has become a favorite.  Ok, where to begin....First of all, two dresses.  One was her Mothers with a huge train and long sleeves, the other a modern beauty.  Secondly, live animals were mingling with the guests.  They paid a visit from the Philadelphia Zoo where Dan used to work with the little critters.  There was Mead to drink (involves honey) and lots of dancing.  It was such a great time for everyone to be part of something uniquely "Dan and Caroline".  OH! and they are jointly changing their last names to Sylvan...Latin for woods!  I LOVE that!

Rittenhouse Hotel Wedding Photography, Philadelphia Wedding

Sara and Boyd had a lovely midday ceremony with high tea at the Rittenhouse Hotel Wedding. Boyds Mother keeps threatening to send the photos to Town & Country-Love her.   The middle shot is what Boyd used to do when he was little.  Make his parents kiss!

Bucks County Wedding, Pearl S. Buck Estate, Staci and Don's Wedding

Staci and Don had an awesome wedding. Seconds before Staci arrived at the isle on hose drawn carriage, a tiny sprinkle of rain blessed the scene then disappeared. There was yummy Persian food, meat and veggie skewers on the grill, pomegranates, bowls of blueberries and pecan pies. Table napkins soon became hip scarves as the dancing intensified. But in the middle of all of this good stuff was Donald and Staci's love, clear to see.

Senior Portrait Photography Philadelphia

Senior Photographs in Philadelphia.

Lani and I did a shoot as a present from her mother for her 17th Birthday. How cool is that?! Not only is she gorgeous but she is totally sweet and easy to shoot. Lani is also into photography so I'm hoping she approves.

Lindsay and Jim~ Wedding~ Doylestown~ Aldie Mansion

Lindsay and Jim had a beautiful wedding at Aldie Mansion in Doylestown PA. I loved the color palate that they chose. Bright pinks make everything better! My friend Alison would call this "cajun shrimp" lovingly. Jim is such a cutie in this one with his Mother.

Caroline and Chris: Wedding : Villa Saint Maria: Redding Country Club

Caroline and Chris are a beautiful couple. They both radiate a calm serenity that matches perfectly with each other. They met on a beach vacation which I always think is uber romantic. The wedding was on a perfect day and friends and family came from far and wide.

Megan and Matt: Racquet Club Wedding, Center City Philadelphia, The Racqet ClubClub

Megan and Matt had an awesome wedding at the Racquet Club here in Center City Philadelphia. Megan is hilarious and it's clear she knows how to have a good time. The party had some serious dancing including a hi-heel "bonfire" as well as some stair case lip-syncing with family. I bet there were some sore bodies the next day.
